Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

  • Orders are considered final upon receipt of payment.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than if the item is damaged upon receipt.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at concierge@luxestudiogifting.com.au
  • You must notify us of any damage within 24 hours of receiving your hamper.
  • Photographic evidence of the damage may be required.
  • If the damaged item is not available, a product of equal or higher value will be substituted.  We strive to ensure that your hamper experience is nothing short of exceptional.  Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
