  • Ordering and Payment

    • Orders are considered confirmed upon receipt of payment.
    • Prices are as stated and are subject to change without notice.
    • In the event of any stock issues, the items included the hamper may vary in colour and size.  In rare cases, certain products may be substituted with items of equal or higher value and quality.  We strive to ensure that your hamper experience is nothing short of exceptional, and any substitutions made will be done so with careful consideration.  Your satisfaction is our top priority and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
  • Delivery

    • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
    • We are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, unforeseen events).
    • Delivery charges may apply and will be communicated at the time of order.
  • Returns and Exchanges

    • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged items.
    • Customers must notify us of any damage within 24 hours of receiving the hamper.
    • Photographic evidence of the damage may be required.
    • We reserve the right to replace damaged items with items of equal or greater value.
  • Privacy

    • Customer information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
  • Liability

    • Our liability is limited to the value of the hamper ordered.
    • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
