• Due to the value and delicate nature of the products, if no one is home at the time of delivery and there is no safe place to leave the order, the gift and florals will be returned to our local studio (Castle Hill or Beaumont Hills, depending on the delivery run). Collection details will be arranged via phone/email.
• The delivery fee is non-refundable if delivery is unsuccessful. Should re-delivery be requested, an additional delivery fee will apply.
